Rear addition kitchen extension with mono pitched side glazing and frameless
glazed rear doors.

Twin glazed lantern extension to enlarge the existing kitchen and dining
rooms.

The two buildings shown had an identical roof structure. The left hand
building’s roof was removed in entirety. The new design involved
a much steeper pitched roof, using steel portal framework to form the
shape. A brick gable was constructed to the front elevation. This shape
was replicated as a fully glazed gable at the rear.

An existing double garage was removed, the ground level reduced and a
small detached dwelling built in its place, replicating the style of the
main building.

The kitchen was remodelled, featuring a glazed gable rear elevation. A
new extension incorporating glazed lantern style roof lights was constructed
to form an integrated dining area with the kitchen. A Further extension
included a new 2 storey construction in place of the existing garage.
